First needle

Im starting my cycle today, and i was just wondering if there were any good tips for your first injection. Im a little nervous but more pumped.

bottom line is...relax, use alcohol swabs (injection site before and after as well as top of bottle), asperate, push the plunger slowly, and rub the injection site afterwards. some bros use heat after as well. good luck bro...whats your cycle look like?

Aspirate . At first, I didn't realise how much suction was there to aspirate. Just barely pull back and then take about 1 and 1/2 minute to inject. VERY slow.

In muscular development they say to keep yuour pins in the freezer it supposedly cuts down on injection pain

that sites says to push the needle in 2/3 of the way. My friend goes in all the way. which is a better or proper way fo doing it. Thx

man, i alwase just sit on a ice pack for about 5 mins if im doing a glute shot. I was nervous as hell for my first shot and I didnt even feel the it on my skin.

Just RELAX, and do it. The first shot is the hardest. Make sure to aspirate correctly and DO NOT rush the injection. That pin should stay in ya for at least 60 sec while your SLOWLY push the oil in.

THe first shot is the hardest but the greatest rush after you accomplish it. After that, you start looking forward to it. Just crank some music, get psyched and get it done.
