During my first cycle i gained 30lbs and did not do a pct (which now i understand was VERY stupid etc etc) this cycle.....will i keep my gains if i continue to lift, eat, and take my pct? how much does pct help in keeping your gains from the cycle???????????

I think it's different from person to person. THe majority of weight I lose is water, but PCT will maximize your recovery. As for an exact number, it varies.
