i have slight gyno and i was thinking of doing test-e @ only 250mg/week for 12 weeks and using letro and nolva throughout. will this be enough for some good results? im 6'0 200 and have been bulking naturally for a while and want to cut down now.

i'd run it at least 500mg/EW.

250 is just enough to cover what the body was naturally producing. By results, are you looking to put on size, or lean out? A dosage of 500mg/EW will be be more on the leaning side than bulking if you are running the letro.

Run the letro at 1.25 MG/E3D and you should be fine at that dosage.

You won't need to run the nolva, but keep it handy just in case.

oh yea ive heard that letro needs to be started early? like a few days b4 the cycle to get steady in the blood?

should i try to get rid of it first with the letro b4 i get the test?

coz of ur gyno start u nolva at 20mg and bump it higher if u encounter problems
