This may seem like a dumb question, but I cannot remember ever reading about this. I see a ton of info about post-cycle therapy to keep your gains and bring your body back into the swing of things.
But what about keeping yoru gains after your post-cycle is over? Is it as simple as maintaining the calories to support your new-found mass?
Or do you just prepare for the next cycle?

keep eating well and training hard and you should be able to keep it all
