got a quick question about liquid clen . i dont know much about it and have been trying to research it, but cant seem to find alot of helpful info. ive taken it in pill form but was wondering how effective the liqiuid form is in comparison and also what would be and average daily dose? thanks alot for the help!

I wouldnt inject it i would take it orally you take it the same as you would take the pills you taper your dose up and down 2 weeks on 2 weeks off i have used the liquid and i think its better than pills

you cant inject liquid clen you take it orally. it is just as or even more effectivew than the pills if dosed correctly.

All your questions will be easily answered in the arr forum, though just off the top of my head I believe arr's liq-clen is 1 squirt=20 mcg. as far as potency opinions vary. I have no personal exp. but posts on here argue for it being either great, or total crap? oh yeah, dude...... dont try to inject it either(lol). sorry, no flame cuz you didnt know. It's an oral spray.

Ramp up, but don't ramp down, at the start of your 2nd 2weeks on. just start slightly lower then you left off.

ie: if you ended your 1st cycle at 180mcg
start you r next one at say 120 or 140mcg
