like to take 500mg of test 250mg so i did a shot on sun, and going to do a shot on today- thursday, does this seem good enough or should i give it more time???
would like to get 500mg in per week.

That's 1 ml every 4-5 days depending on which day you start counting. that should be fine. You'll only be injecting 500mg a wk/ the time it takes to desipatate through the muscle you'll only have 250mg running through ya, if you have it available just jab 2ml every 5 days and you should be good.

Take ur shot today of 250mg, then starting from now end take ur shots on Monday in the morning and Thursday in the evening. Equals out to about 3.5 days apart.
