Keep in mind you didn't state your problem just gave us a list of lot #'s.

I've run alot of ICN's and they were my favorite human grade test
until they had the bad undosed batches back in '03... The newer
batches are still getting mixed feedback, but I've ran them since
and they were fine, at least for me... Plus you never stated the
problem you're having and you just go and knock the Board?

Not exactly the best way to get your question anwsered and what
is your question? If they are dosed correctly or underdosed or if
they are counterfits?

If you expect a well detailed anwser then you need to ask a well
detailed question.
