I am planning to start a clen /T3 shortly but had a few question regarding some of the post for Mallet's T3 cycle information.

It is my understanding that a temp. range of 97.6-98.2 is optimal? But is that when on clen/T3 or when off?
I know that I would have to monitor my temp and make sure that the day to day change doe not change more that .5 degrees.

The cycle looks like this -
Clen
Day 1 - 40 mcg
Day 2 - 60 mcg
Day 3-4 - 80 mcg
Day 5-6 - 100 mcg
Day 7-12 - 140 mcg
Day 13 - 100 mcg
Day 14 - 80 mcg

2 weeks off then

Day 1 - 60 mcg
Day 2 - 80 mcg
Day 3-4 - 100 mcg
Day 5-6 - 120 mcg
Day 7-12 - 160 mcg
Day 13 - 120 mcg
Day 14 - 80 mcg

For the t3 i plan on doing a 5/40/55 pyramid up and down.
5% of the time is spent ramping up to your maximum
40% of the time is at your maximum
55% of the time is spent ramping down to cessation (nothing)

T3
Day 1 - 50mcg
Day 2-9 - 100 mcg
Day 10-11 - 75 mcg
Day 12-14 - 50 mcg
Day 15-17 - 25mcg
Day 18-20 - 1/2 25mcg pill

Now my question is regarding the T3 dosing since I am doing the 2 on 2 off for the clen when can I start the t3 over again do I have to wait 2 weeks in between like clen? Or can I just start all over again with the t3?

Potassium – ED
Taurine – 5mg ED
Multi Vit – ED
Anything else that I should be taking along with this?
