gyno question
do ur nips have to hurt and have a lump under them for it to be gyno? mine have been puffy lookin since i was younger but no lumps and doesnt hurt.

Generally they will start to itch and become more puffy before gyno sets in. It is worse for progesterone induced gyno. Make sure to have anti-e's on hand and start as soon as any symptoms start to occur.

There is Galactorrhea and Gynocomastia.
Gyno inflamation of the mammory glands and Galactorrhea; over stimulation of prolactin levels which result in nipple secretion.
In your case, this could be fat deposit or basic nipple structure of your body.
