    Is this Correct?

    Dont take clen before workout/cardio and dont take it past 12-2pm if you plan on sleeping. Just making sure thats acurate.

    Looks good to me....I would say 3:00-4:00 PM would be the latest you would want to take it.

    u have to find out how it affects u .. i can take 40mcg at 8 o clock and be aslepp by 11

    I think clen stays active for at least 5 days. In that case, I really don't see much difference in taking it in the morning or night. It noticed though that right after taking, for the next couple of hours is when the effects are most pronounced. Having said that, I take my 5 tabs all at once when i wake up in the morning....to kick start again.

    Clen has a 36hr halflife so it makes no difference when you take it.
