    Exclamation Stacking Question

    I finishing up my first cycle ever. I have been out of the gym for a while and started the cylce when I got back into the gym. I am doing a 10 week cycle of.....

    1) Test Cyp. 200 mg a week
    2) Winstol 50 mg every other day
    3) Deca 300 mg a week
    4) Anti-Estrogens

    I noticed some strength gains and some definition.....but didn't explode like I thought I would....I have been working out with a trainer 3xweek and doing cardio 3xweek....

    Did I do everything correctly? Why didn't I get BIG?

    Also, after my clomid & HCG cycle I am going to do a 2nd cycle.

    My choices are: Test Cyp., Winstrol , Deca and Anavar

    First off how long did you train before starting AAS? Second what's your stats like age, weight height?

    Last thing would be it could have been the way you were training, the amount of cardio, not enough rest, and not takeing in enough calories. Any or all of these could keep you from growing.

    I am 32, 235, 5'11. I worked out for about 4 years, 3 years ago and just now getting back into it...I started the cycle right when I was getting back into the gym.

    I know I am training hard enough...thats what I pay the trainer for.

    What should I do for my next cycle?

    Bro, not all trainers train everyone hard enough I've seen it many times............. but I would say before you think about another cycle you need to look into at least your diet. Diet is the key to grow........ AAS is just there to help things along.

    I don't think your first cycle was a wise choice. Maybe your next cycle should be just Test E @ 500mg per week for 12 weeks. Test is Best
