lean mass diets and high androgens
what "lean mass" diets have you tried that have produced results... I did a search and most diets are for cutting, keto & precontest or just bulking...
I have always believed you bulk and then you cut, but is there a way of bulking and not puting on a lot of fat?
what aas were you using and duration of the cycle?
