    ? bout dosages?!?

    aight guys i see ppl on here all the time saying dont run test lower than 500mgs/wk or what not and the same with eq bout being run at least at 400mgs/wk ok i see a point ya ull get better gains of course over a low dose cycle but alot of ppl on here also say that ull get really nothing from running say just 250mgs of test a wk and i think thats horse boloni, my first and only cycle was test 250 at 250mgs/wk and i had quite good gains (even with the $hity diet and so forth that i had) and a bunch of ppl i no have had awsome gains from running low dose cycles, i was just wondering y ppl insist on these high dosage cycles IMO if u can get good keepable gains from low dose cycles y not do that over the higher dosage ones, just a thought wouldnt that be better on ur body anyways, i no ur still playing with ur hormone levels and all but not as dermatically as running a high doses?? im not 100% on this and im sure as hell not an expert but its kinda basic logic less=less bad for ya lol i guess i could be wrong no expert here, just a thought on y this is insisted on so much? (just trying to get a lil more educated on this matter thanks guys)

    my second cycle was supertest 250 (underdosed and underfilled) i did 1 cc a wk. for 9 weeks with a horrible diet and no clomid and i gained about 30 lbs and kept like 15lbs of that
    i actually grow alot on low doses my next cycle i will be doing prop at just 100mg eod along with primo, eq or npp, and var and im not a big believer in doing 1 gram+ a week of test the only thing i would do 1 gram a wk. of is primo

    see thats what i mean, i hear peeps on here telling newbs to take at least 500mgs of test a wk and im thinking to my self man thats alot for someone whos never used bf to be taking for the first time, u would think for a first cycle run 250mgs and for the second maybe run at 500mgs and thats if u didnt gain as much as u wanted from just the 250mgs... im curious to here some more opinions on this matter

    im a low dose guy myself it works for me and i agree it is safer
    slow and steady wins the race
