    Arrow 1st Timer Give Some Advice , Dont Want To Blow It

    Got 3 Bottles Yesterday, Test Enantat 250 By Qv(2) And Propionat Qv 100. Took 1ml Of Both Will Stop The Prop After Tommorrow. Then Pick It Back Up Later. I've Got A Spair Tire Around My Stomach, Not Too Bad Though. Broad Shoulders Will The Test Be Enough? Im Eating 5 Times A Day Now To Increase My Motabolisim. Healthy!! And My Ass Is Killing Me Why? Both Sides! Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions On A Routine And Cycle???????? Im 204 5-11 And Want To For Once In My Life Have A Different Body.

    Sorry Dont Realy Know How To Work This Comp. Age 34,5-11 In Height 204lbs. Locked Up For 3yrs Went From 220 To To 168 Just Push Ups Pullups Waterbags Ect . Have A Little Hood On Me And Shoulders Are Ok. But The Waist Line Hase Come Back.

    You were locked up for 3 years and never touched a weight and now you are going to start. Why didn't you start in there? Ok your cycle is messed up this is what you should have done.
    1-10 test E 500mg/wk. split in two doses 1cc every 3.5 days.
    If you want to use the prop. for a jumpstart, use 50mg ED for the first 4 or 5 weeks then drop it. Run nolva at 10mg/day til PCT then bump it up to 20mg/day. Do you have clomid and nolva?

    By The Way Thanks For The Reply Ive Done Resurch On What Does What Prop Is Fast Acting But Lasts Like 48 To 72 Hrs Enetat 5 To 7 I Can Stack With Anything Want The Test In The System First Any Recomendations For The Stacker Will Add Winny Twards End But Wanten To Make Huge Gains Then Rip It Up

    You could stack with deca if you are looking for size, but i wouldn't get too carried away with too many compound since this is your first cycle.

    Thanks Bro, I Took No2 About 2 Yrs Ago Along With The Prop Got Charged 300 For A 10 Ml Bottle (bastards) Stopped I After I Finished Twards The End Of Two Weeks I Felt Like A Monster. Last Question For You. Did I Inject Too Fast Cause My Ass Hurts Like Hell. See If I Got It Right Prop Ok To Jumpstart With Add Decca About 4th Or 5th Week Finish Off With The Winni And Nova By Week 12??????????

    Run it like this.
    1-12 test E 500mg/wk.
    1-11 deca 400mg/wk.
    9-14 winny 50mg ED
    10mg of nolva until PCT then bump up to 20mg.
    You could have injected too fast.
    I almost forgot 1-4 prop. 50mg ED.

    Take the NO2... work out really hard... EAT like a horse... try to get in a good amount of cardio so that you can trim up that tire... might slow your gains some but its better than being a fat @SS
