would e4d be shoot on sunday(1), mon(2), tue(3), shoot wen(4),...then shoot sat or is it shoot sun then thurs, then monday? a lil confused by that... oh and if im doing test e novice cycle that should be .8 to 1 cc each shot correct?

if you are shoothing test e then just shoot 2 times a week mon and thursday
