I wont get into any detail, but the pills were to be taken 3 times a day for 2 weeks, then bumped up to 4 times a day on the 4th week. Im thinking winny, stromba, whatever you want to call it. They most likely came from a bottle or were removed from the original packaging for ease of hiding/transporting.

1) Winny may be taken once per day as its total active life is 48 hours, taking it 3 times per day would be... well, dumb?

2) You don't taper winny up or down, and you don't take it 4 times per day either because that makes less sense than 3 times per day.

3) Lets pretend it was winny, as you said yourself winny comes in 2, 10, 25, 50, 100mg tabs, you have no idea what strength it is or even if its winny for that matter. If you guessed it was 10mg, took 5 a day and they ended up being 100mg, thats 500mg per day and you just learnt a valuble lesson at the cost of your liver.

If they were 20mg yes 3x20=60, but you don't know that they're 20mg, thats your assumption based on nothing. There still would be no reason to take it 3-4 times each day, you'd wake up, take it all in one dose and thats it.
