Question about POST CYCLE time off from the gym.
I am just about finished a 16week cycle and will start the clomid in week 17 and me and my body need a week off from the gym. My question is, when is the best time to take that week, should I take it when I start my clomid or just before or just after? My concern is that I want my natural test levels back up asap so would stopping for a week while trying to bring the test back up be the best time?

I would take the time before the clomid ,while the gear level are still high in your blood , it may save some hard earned gains !

dont tak a full week of, 3 days at the most,youve still got the efect in you for a good 6 weeks,or do a higher rep work out,by the way send in a pic,let c if youve done youre homework...
