What to expect???
I'm 6'1 165lbs. Ripped but skinny, tring to get bigger like you guys. well mostly stronger. Strength with proper application = Power.What kind of results should I expect if I do this right?
Bench=185lbs
squat=195lbs
Cycle
500mg/Test E/week 1-10
200mg/Deca /week 1-10
40mg/D-bol/week 1-4
PCT
noveldex
clomid
P.S- shold itake 10mg of noveldex or 20mg a day?

Oh god. Just eat bro. You need to post up a food cycle and grow/add weight like that

I eat like at least 5000 colries a day. plus protien and weight gainer i eat a lot of high carb high protine meals. The problem is I train so hard areobicly that i burn off all calories and have a very high metabolism. Some people have a hard time gaining weight Just like some people have a hard time losing weight. Understand?

Start eating right and you'll grow. I don't know what you expect AAS to do if you can't grow naturaly, its not magic. If you can't grow now you'll never grow on AAS either, that material to build muscle with has to be there or nothing will happen and right now it's blatently obvious its not there or you wouldn't weigh 165lbs.

10:30AM
protine mix+whole milk
some time of muffin
banana
creatine
11:00am
Weight lifting
flexibilty traning
1:00pm
heavy meal pasta, pizza, hambuger helper, + protine agin
6:00pm
same
10:00pm
cardio running, bag traning, shadow boxing, martial arts
12:00pm
protine + pasta or what ever is left
P.S.
days off of weight traing I do cardio twice substtuted for the weight tranning

You definately need to eat more, I bet you are barely getting in 2000 calories even with the shakes..
check out this thread, this should give you a better idea of what and how much to eat to gain weight.
The problem isn't that you are unable to gain weight, the problems is that your not giving your body enough food to gain weight.Last edited by clhp20; 05-04-2005 at 10:57 PM.
