supplement to help with water retention
is there any supplement to help with water retention not caused from steriods but just because i retain water easily??

There are a lot of natural diuertics available. Do you know what is causing the water retention? Excessive sodium?

honestly i have no idea...i drink alot of water...i eat heathly..i mean ill eat some salty foods every once and awhile..but i dont know why i always retain so much water...i feel like a bloated pig all day sometimes..it sucks..what foods are high in sodium that would cause that??

well this is a sample of what i usually eat..i know its not the greatest but im not too serious about my diet yet..well during the day ill eat something like this...cereal w/ toast, a couple of protein bars, chicken sandwiches, eggs, and usually for dinner some kind of meat..steak etc. etc...i take alot of multi vitamins, im on cell-tech and glutamine..i also take glucosamine for my shoulder and im also use thermo gain as my thermogenic when i run in the mornings

What is your bodyfat percentage like? Just in terms of holding water, is your BF really low and your definition is blurred because of the water, or do you have a layer of fat and the bloat is making it look worse?

i have a layer of fat and the bloat is makin it worse...when i weighed 185 my bf was like 12%..i play football so how u look isnt the biggest issue but of course i want to still look good...ive gained about 30 pounds because of football and my bf is probably somewhere in the range of 15-18%..but then again im not sure...im 5'9 210....20 yrs old

you take any NSAIDs? those put on 20lbs of water on me quick when i started using them heavily for back pain.
and yeah i need to get some more DIAZM for the water retent

seems like from everything ive totaled up im takin in alot of sodium...2976mg w/out dinner...is this why i retain so much water??

wow..good info here.
Im no expert, but that does sound like
alot of sodium. More water should help
flush it out...just a thought

its because the chicken that i get has like 450mg of sodium per piece...and i eat to so thats 900 in one serving...

even with a can of tuna i get over 600mg of sodium...how am i supposed to stay under 2000???
