    how much cardio while on deca-test???

    how do i do to not hinder my gains?also what about swimming?

    If your training heavy and intense then play basketball or any cardio then you will not gain. You will just have wasted all the blood and sweat. I would just do cardio once or twice a week. If u really want to cut just eat the right foods (high protein,mod to none carbs). The only cardio I do involves me and my girl.

    im a landscaper will it hinder my gains working hard all day ??
