I Have Been Useing Off And On For 3 Years Many Cycles Under My Belt. Now I Am Getting Lumps And Soreness I Am Currently On Prop And Winny Is There Anything I Can Do To Help This Short Of Stopping. I Can Get Hold Of Nov But Is There Any Over The Counter Help..thanks Guys

If you can't get your hands on Nolva, start chowin' on some soy beans, soy milk, ect. the molecular structure is the same as estrogen and therefore competes for the same receptors and well help knock back the "e" effect... how much i don't know but it should help. This isn't a fact, but it has been proven to help cure breast cancer in the same way that Nolva works... good luck bro.... As big pancho said.... should have had it to strat... but too late now... go to GNC and get the closest thing to anti e that they have..
