I was thinking of starting my first cycle - have been training for 18 months now on and off
30 years old
Was thinking of doing a 6 weeks course
6 Trenabol 150mg per week 2 shots of 75mg
6 Weeks Winny Tabs
Weeks 1-3-5 Clen
Wanna loose somebody fat and build some muscle
Please can you have a look at my cycle and comment

First of all try and get your body fat down, How much do you weigh?

weigh approximately 165 pounds - what would you say need to get me body fat down to before I take the gear - and what would you say about my cycle is it OK

165lbs and 21% you need to get your body fat % down a bit more. Do cardio 5x per week and post your diet in the 'Diet Forum' for critique, that may help.
Set youself a goal of maybe 12-14% then think about a 1st cycle. A Test only cycle will be the best way to go, then ending with Winstrol . It seems you need to do a little more research.

Enan/Cyp are suggested as 1st cycles due to there spaced out injection times of 2x per week. PCT must also follow, the Clomid link will help.
