Quick question needing quick answer plz!!
Before I go to the gym today, I would like to know whether my training session might be improved by taking my 20mg Var at a particular time and if so, whats the best time ?? For example, 2 hours before the gym, 1hr before or what ?? Maybe it wont make any diff - I dunno ????

short half life i would say take about 3-4 hours before lifting... eh?
grapefruit juice helps w/ absorbtion as well...

I do split my doses up into 3x daily, 20mg in the am, 20mg before training in the aft and then before bed in order to keep with the 9hrs half life.

personally I don't touch gf juice.ive heard many bb say it helps but it has been proven to make many prescription drugs unefective so i personally think it does the same with most orals.just my 2 cents
