Chest Hurts again. Need advice!!!!

Please help I do not know what else to do!!!!

I have a big problem. I was running var 60mg/ed and I am going to start test e @500mg/wk this week because i feel like i am shut down. Around week 2 of running var my nipples started to get sore so i think maybe the var was dbol . I ran nolv @ 80mgs/ED, it went away and I went back down to 20mg/ED. I got some exemestane(aromaism) last week and started to run that at 25mgs/ED. Well my nipples are sore again and i did not even start the test yet. There is a smalll mass under my left (which i got again from last summer cycle) but my right hurts more, I feel lumps around the nipple but not directly under it (could it be from the surgery). I have had gyno surgery for both breasts but i guess the gland was not removed.
My questions are:

1. Should i run nolva again at 80mg/ED until they are not sore and lumps go down?
2. should i continue with the exemestane and if so when will it kick in?
3. should i get rid of exemestane and run letro @ 1.25ED then taper to 1.25 EOD?
4. I should still run the test right because I am running other var for another few weeks then winny??

Any other info will help. Thanks.

also i would run the nolva at 80mg again. stop running exemestane and get some letro ASAP

Should i continue to run the exemestane just to preven Estrogen rebound?

if your nipples have lumps get some letro fast, drop the other bullshit and stick with the test e

Yea, I think you had some dbol in the mix. You souldn't see that with Var. Run the nolva at 80mg/day and get some letro in there.
