    diet... very clean.... mostly WHEY and MRP.... 3 main meals(chicken brest skinless... rice.. flax seed oil)... 4 sub-meals(MRP n WHEY).....
    3000 calories.... VERY HIGH protein.. moderate carb and low fat.....

    FAT GAIN??? i don't think i can gain 20lbs of fat in 8 weeks... dat's impossible...

    is it my sodium intake..???? because i kinda didn't focus on that... but i do supplement with potassium to keep the electrolyte ratio in balance....

    if you're mixing chicken, rice and flax all in one meal, you're just asking to put on a lot of fat.

    chicken breast skinless.. dat's pure protein......
    rice is my carb source ... im doing 30 grams

    flax seed oil.... dat's 2 gram of fat...

    chciken breast 40 grams protein.... 3 g fat.... no carb
    rice.. 30 gram carb... 7 gram protein... 2 g fat..
    flax seed oil 2 spoon..... 2 gram of fat

    dat's 47 protein / 30 carb/and 7 g fat.. x3 meal
    dats around 150 protein/90 carb and 21 fat..

    MRP are 40 protein / 20 carb/ 2 fat x 2
    dat's around 80 protein/ 40 carb/ 4 fat...

    morning WHEY PROTEIN 2 scoop 45 gram protein 2gram fat
    and grape juice.8oz. 20 gram carb//
    MILK 10 carb/ 2 fat / 8 protein

    dat's 53 gram protein / 30 carb/ 4 gram of fat.
    bedtime wheyprotein 2 scoop n MILK
    dat's 53 gram protein/ 4 gram fat/10 carb

    over all 336 protein carb 170-250 depending on the rice ( sometime i do 50 gram of rice)... and fat is 33 fat..
    33 x 9 = 297 cal
    336 x 4 = 1344 cal
    190x4 = 760cal
    total cal = 2400 MEAL....336 protein, caarb 190, fat 33gram

    PLUS pre and post work out.... 35 gram glucose/ 2 scoop whey x2!! dat's 70 gram carb and 90 gram protein...

    so.....424 gram protein / 260 gram carb / 37 fat total cal = 3069.... BUT most of the time i do 30 gram carb..for rice so cal is under 3000..

    any comment on my diet?

    before i start cycle... i use the same diet.. except that i cut off the 2MRPs..... total cal is around 2500.........this is before i start the cycle.....

    i was lean.. single digits body fat...

    when i start cycle.... i added the 2 MRP cause i figure test boosts my metabolism rate...

    my theory is... too much SODIUM from all the wheys and MRPS.... but.. i don;t think it;s that excessive and i think 44lbs is.... reasonably too MUCH of weight gain... .. outta control..

    you should separate fats and carbs.

    so protein/carb or protein/fat

    question: could i reallyt gain 44lbs FAT???

    if it;s water.. will i go back to be ripped like before cycle?.. i mean my arms/upperchest/quad is very define and cut... but.. midsectional bloat is !! WILD CHEEK GIGANTIC!

    i just say you should'nt eat carbs and fats in the same meal.

    carbs spike insulin so fat in that meal will be easyer stored as bodyfat.

    as for insulin spike.. correct me of im wrong.. but LOW GI doesn't have impact on sugar????? rice = whole grain..........

    i got gallons and litre mixed up....
    i;ve been drinking 3-4 litres all these days.. dat's like 0.4 galloon...

    "spoon" is that teaspoon or tablespoon? a tablespoon of flax oil has 14-16g's of fat depending on your brand. if you're eating 2 tablespoons of flax, that would be 28g's per meal, and 84g's per day of fat from flax.

    4 litres is just under 1 gallon. not too bad, but not ideal. you will retain some water with that level which will give you some bloat.

    spooon from the flax seed oil bottle..it;s very small... . it says 1 serving (1 spoon) = 1000 mg providing epa dha or sumthing like that

    Sounds to me like PCT depression. I think you'll be fine.. just wait and the bloating will go away. Plus from what I can tell from your avatar you look like you have good genetics... I dont think you could have possibly gained 44lbs of fat
