diet... very clean.... mostly WHEY and MRP.... 3 main meals(chicken brest skinless... rice.. flax seed oil)... 4 sub-meals(MRP n WHEY).....
3000 calories.... VERY HIGH protein.. moderate carb and low fat.....

is it my sodium intake..???? because i kinda didn't focus on that... but i do supplement with potassium to keep the electrolyte ratio in balance....

rice.. 30 gram carb... 7 gram protein... 2 g fat..
flax seed oil 2 spoon..... 2 gram of fat
dat's 47 protein / 30 carb/and 7 g fat.. x3 meal
dats around 150 protein/90 carb and 21 fat..
MRP are 40 protein / 20 carb/ 2 fat x 2
dat's around 80 protein/ 40 carb/ 4 fat...
morning WHEY PROTEIN 2 scoop 45 gram protein 2gram fat
and grape juice.8oz. 20 gram carb//
MILK 10 carb/ 2 fat / 8 protein
dat's 53 gram protein / 30 carb/ 4 gram of fat.
bedtime wheyprotein 2 scoop n MILK
dat's 53 gram protein/ 4 gram fat/10 carb
over all 336 protein carb 170-250 depending on the rice ( sometime i do 50 gram of rice)... and fat is 33 fat..
33 x 9 = 297 cal
336 x 4 = 1344 cal
190x4 = 760cal
total cal = 2400 MEAL....336 protein, caarb 190, fat 33gram
PLUS pre and post work out.... 35 gram glucose/ 2 scoop whey x2!! dat's 70 gram carb and 90 gram protein...
so.....424 gram protein / 260 gram carb / 37 fat total cal = 3069.... BUT most of the time i do 30 gram carb..for rice so cal is under 3000..

before i start cycle... i use the same diet.. except that i cut off the 2MRPs..... total cal is around 2500.........this is before i start the cycle.....
i was lean.. single digits body fat...
when i start cycle.... i added the 2 MRP cause i figure test boosts my metabolism rate...
my theory is... too much SODIUM from all the wheys and MRPS.... but.. i don;t think it;s that excessive and i think 44lbs is.... reasonably too MUCH of weight gain... .. outta control..

if it;s water.. will i go back to be ripped like before cycle?.. i mean my arms/upperchest/quad is very define and cut... but.. midsectional bloat is !! WILD CHEEK GIGANTIC!

Sounds to me like PCT depression. I think you'll be fine.. just wait and the bloating will go away. Plus from what I can tell from your avatar you look like you have good genetics... I dont think you could have possibly gained 44lbs of fat
