    First off, there's no need to r***e on people's spelling. And secondly, there's a spelling module that's been added... I just wonder if it's going to underline Prop, Clen , Winn-V, or Tren . lol.

    SurfnSailor, people are just razzing you, don't get sucked in to believing they mean anything negative by it.

    And, it's an important proverb to remember... that normally, the only thing that causes change is PAIN! As in, we won't change our behavior until something educates us intensely via pain. That pain then gets turned in to another emotion often, called fear. Hopefully the pain was adequate incentive to change (pain can be psychological, and socially generated). But when it comes to having an ideal body, much along the way can distract us. Anyway, to wrap things up (which I should do more often, Hook can testify) we're here to make our body the manifestation of our minds perception of physical prowess or masculinity in most cases ... where ever that is on the spectrum for each of us.

    In the Marines, during boot camp, I used to repeat this to myself...

    "You don't have to like it, you just have to do it."

    Anyway, whatever it takes to achieve the goal...
