    Bulking?

    Right now I have a bf % of 5.
    I want to bulk and gain muscles very quick but stay relatively lean (between 8- 10 %).

    1. Is this possible?
    2. What cycle do you suggest?
    3. Right now I eat about 2200 calories. How far should I go with calorie intake?

    My weight is 85 kg

    also are you sure your body fat is 5% that's pritty low

    You must be pretty lean to be 5%. I am between 6-5% and very lean.

    At 2200 calories you need to increase them to say 3000-4000/ED. Get a weight gainer and some creatine.

    What's your cycle history?

    I'm 1.79 m.
    My cycle history (last cycle 12 weeks) --> trenbolone , masteron , boldenone , every compound used for 4 weeks

    i recomend test prop ,tren , winny & some hgh dats will keep u very lean

    You just used them for 4 weeks?? I would at least include a test in there for at least 10 weeks
