How much is too much potassium (tablets)
I've got Potassuim Gluconate 595 mg (99 mg elemental Potassium)
What is the max I can take and yes I am drinking water all day

Try Taurine instead or with the potassuim. Doesnt the label say something like 99mg is 3% of daily values? I think mine did, as I'm out now so I cant check.

Drink the shit the give to babies and kids. It's Pedalite or something? Serious, not joking...When I was on heavier cycles when I was younger I would always cramp up in the middle of the night in bed. Hurts.

Cruise, what exactly are you taking right now? Are you making sure to take a multivitamin? You should have no problem with taking too many potassium tablets as long as you dont take some rediculous amount. I've taken 10 a day when I needed it before with no problems.
Keep up those electrolytes and you should be fine.

Just keep up the electrolytes and you should be ok. If you are looking for a good source of electrolytes, try V8 juice or pedialyte (drink for little kids). They will both help.
