    ECA question

    In what way should I take ECA (Ephedrine-Caffeine-Aspirine)? How many times per day? Can I replace Aspirine with Yohimbine HCL?
    After 3 weeks of ECA intake can I use Ketotifen to upregulate the receptors just like with Clen use?

    Every 4 hours. Yes. Dont know.

    - a 10:1 caffeine to ephedrine ratio, 80-300mg of aspirin.

    - 3 times per day. 4 hours between doses

    - Aspirin is better for synergy.
