    Exclamation Deca,sus,dynabol????

    Hi People

    I want to go on my 1st cycle with a goal to bulk up & keep a lot of my gains. I have 12 AMP Deca , 6 AMP Sustanon & 100 Dynabol Tabs.

    I am thinking about swopping the Sustanon for Test-100, as I’ve heard this is used to bulk up. Also thinking about getting more Dynabol tabs.

    I am not sure the cycle to take it or what should I use after the cycle to keep my gains.

    Please assist guys….

    I am not too sure about the Sus - will check it later.

    What do you usually get Deca & sus in?

    sus 250 deca 200 but it varies.

    What are your stats?

    I would get the test to bulk. Also, since it's your first cycle, I would keep it light.

    400 mgs Test per week
    300 mgs of Deca per week

    Not sure about the d-bol since I don't touch orals. Probably 40 mgs every day. I would only run it for the first four weeks though.

    I am only 60kg. I have only got serious with regards to diet, this year.
    Before I started working out a few years ago, my weight was about 52 kg.

    However I intend to go on the cycle in Nov-Dec to leave me with enough time to gain strength naturally.

    8-Man, what should I take after my cycle so I do not loose everything?
    Should I throw some supplements in as well, as I am currently eating about 1.5g of protein per 1kg of body weight.

    Go with HCG if you can get it. Some like to run it throughout the cycle 500ius every four days. I just run it 1000ius for ten days starting two weeks after my last shot. This will get your test levels back up and keep you from falling into a catabolic state. Also, clen is a strong anti-catabolic that should help you keep some gains. I would also run clomid PCT @30 mgs ed. Run nolva or L-dex throughout your cycle to keep of bitch tits.

    Can HCG make you taller as well if your bones are'nt entirely fused?

    I would suggest that you do quite a bit more research before you start your cycle. I know your excited to go on (as we all were our first time) but knowing how the compounds work in your body and how to supplement them best with other compounds will make a huge difference in your first cycle. Most people see their best gains in their first cycle, so I would do everything I could to make the best of it. Using AAS is an entire lifestyle change. From diet to workouts to sleep to social habits. Anything less would be a waste.
