My sis
My sister wants to slim down and tone up. Are there any suggestions as to what chemical products she should use to get that lean long muscular look?
Her diet is in check and shes at the gym 5-6 days a week. Any helpful tips would be appreciated!

Anavar and clen cycle would do the trick it would be perfect for a feemale
like this as follows: 12wk cycle
week 1-2....5mg Var ED
week 3-9..10mg Var ED
week 10...5mg Var ED
week 3-12..20mcg 2xED.. 2 days on and 2 days off.
every 2 weeks increase by 20mcg of Clen ED untill you reach 120mcg ED 2 on and 2 off.
(Example-week 3-4 40mcg Ed 2days on 2 days off, week5-6 60mcg ED 2 days on 2 days off). Remeber to split the dosage of Clen twice a day..!!

why 2 days on 2 off?. with benedryl you can run it without taking time off. I would also recommend taking it all first thing after AM cardio. And I think 120 mcg for a female is a little high, but she will have to see what she can ahndle.

if she insists on using a crutch of some sort, i would recommend a simple ECA or ECY...something like that. Clen could be used as well, but be careful and make sure she knows what she's doing with it.

good points made all around this thread...
#1: lets look at how long she has been dieting and exercising? the changes arnt going to happen over night and once they do , be prepaired for them to slow down or even stop. When this happens she needs to change up a few things in her diet and possibly even cardio to see if she can squeeze a bit more out naturally.
#2: the clen at 120 mcg's ed is kinda high for a female for the 1st time. 80 would be my max suggestion.

just because her diet is in check and she workouts doesnt mean she can lose weight... could be genetics. Maybe eating healthy etc just keeps her at the same weight. She'll need extra help to actually drop weight.
give her the DNP .
just kidding about that part.
