simlpe question
first, whens the best time to take protein shakes, and second does anybody know what kind of test is best taken w/ deca on a bulking cycle??

The most popular times to use a protein shake IMO would be first thing in morning (to prevent catabolism from no protein during night), Pre workout with carbs, post workout with carbs, Just before bed (casein shake to prevent catabolic state).
What kind of test depends on your goals and experience/stats please elaborate

the most important is PWO shake IMO.. other than that if u can eat equally u should be well off.. I myself take one in the morning and always then if my time between meals gets too long.. try to eat every 2-3 hours..

imo:
right after workout, CEE + 150 carbs.
40 min after workout, protein shake.
