    All steroids close growth plates?

I am 20, probably done growing but you never know, so just wondering if all steroids prematurely cause the closure of growht plates? and if any inparticular do it more than others

steroids that easily aromatize into estrogen are the biggest culprits.

all steroids to some extent will raise estrogen levels. if they don't aromatize during the cycle then they will still cause post cycle estrogen spikes because of the sudden withdraw of a large amount of hormones. you can take nolva and or clomid to prevent this post cycle estrogen from binding to their receptors in the epiphyseal plates, but just the binding of nolva/clomid on these receptors might themselves cause premature growth plate closure.

ANAVAR is one that might not close plates early.

This product is given to children when the DOC has come to a conclusion the child is going ot be small.

Also, there are many forms of steroids ...Birth control pills are a form of steroid , but they are not the ANABOLIC kind. CORTISOL shots are steroids, but they are the kind that shrink tissue...again NOT ANABOLIC that is key when researching AAS. Just a bit of information

steroids might just cause growth plate closure in some people. Reason why i say this is case someone gave me anadrol when i had just turned 15 and took dbol just 5 months later and again last year. Since then i found AR and realized the foolishness in all of this. However, I was 5'9" when i started the anadrol and over 6'1" now. Just some food for thought.

If you guys are just teens, don't read this and think "Well, if he's OK, then I won't have a problem." SD--you might have just been lucky.

Better to play it safe and postpone AS use until yu are in your 20's then wind up the guy they nickname "shorty."

Shrink? Never heard of steroids shringking anybody!

Reminds me of the old Steve Martin routine: "Hey, let's get small!"
