aas and cardio.
I'm 6"1 and 210lbs. i relatevely lean and i'm currently on a test e/ eq cycle.
I want to gain some lean muscle and i was wondering if doing cardio while on a cycle is a good idea.
All I want to do is gain about 15lbs of quality muscle and cut up just a little bit more.
should i do cardio or should i do just weight?

cardio is always a good idea...not only will you burn more fat, but u will help your heart (which is always appreciated in this game)
just dont over do it....moderation

do low to moderate intensity cardio three days a week. Try riding the bike for a half hour, really light jog for 30 min, or walking for 45 minutes.

ok kool, cause i was doing 30 minutes of intense cardio every single time i went to the gym which is 4-5 days a week.
