Help with cycle design
Well I have been off the gear for about a yaer and a half, and been getting the itch lately. I have quite a bit of gear kicking around and need some help with something interesting.
I am 28, about 210lbs, 6 foot with BF around 18-21 (yes I know). I have run 6-7 cycles in the past, and been training for over 5 years. But have not been to the gym in some time. At one point I was 225lbs with 16%BF and am now discusted with myself. I will of course be traing natural for at least 3 months steady before I touch the gear.
Moderate doses or less please.
Coumpounds on hand:
Test phenel prop
Nandrolone phenel prop
Most of this is homebrew (I went a little crazy when I found a powder supplier)

I take it you want to be cut first bro? I would shed the bodyfat then consider a possible cycle. What would you be looking for out of the cycle?

I have lost a lot of muscle mass and droping weight has never really been a problem. I am sure I could get down to around 18% bf pretty easily. I was thinking a bulk cycle because fall and winter is on the way.
Not sure if I want to run a tradisional 12-16 week cycle with long acting compunds or try to bulk with shortr acting like a 8 week test prop/ nandrolone phenel prop cycle.

Oh and looking for 10-12lbs of quality muscle mass.
