    Hey guys,
    I rencently finished my first cycle which consisted of:
    10wks Test E 500mg per week
    9wks Deca 300mg per week
    10mg Nolva throughout cycle
    Clomid/Nolva for PCT

    I know most of you guys would disagree with this, but I used gear to get me motivated and back in the gym. I had a knee injury and had pretty much given up on working out, but the gear got me excited and pumped up about working out again. I did this one cycle to get back in shape and get my confidence back. I have posted a before and after pic. During this cycle I went from 195lbs to 220lb. What are your guy's opinions on using gear once, just to get back in the gym and back on track for a healthy lifestyle?

    that's all besides the point. I wouldn't use gear to get your motivation back. Gear is like icing on a cake for me. However, you must want to make that cake before you begin. Training and dieting are the main ingredients. Most people like training in general and find juice to be a way to get through a plateau. Personally, I wouldn't cycle to get you motivated to get back in the gym. I would concentrate on diet and training before even thinking on hitting a cycle.

    220 is a good size to be at, how tall are you? If it got you back in the gym and your bustin ass, then it worked for what you needed it for, and thats all that matters..just dont turn into a lazy ass and loose all your gains...add another 10lbs naturally and do another cycle, your almost up to ass beatin size.

    How do you know when your up to ass beatin size?
    1.People move out of your way without you asking them to.
    2.Everyone stares at you now.
    3.Women want to constantly feel your muscles.
    4.Everyone in the gym knows your on something..but you dont give a shit because your ass beatin size.
    5.Your grocery bill is more than your rent,and you don't mind.
    6.Coleman doesnt look so tuff
    i could go on and on...
