Is it fat or just muscle that isn't tensed up? Its just that if you see Ronnie Coleman walking about on stage, no body fat, massively ripped but his belly sticks out a country mile until he sucks it in for poses.

You can try an excercise my pal told me about:
    Sit up straight
suck in your belly as much as you can as if you are trying to look as skinny as poss
hold it there for 10 seconds
do it 10 times a few times a day

This coaches the muscles to stay a bit more in than out.

Obviously if its just fat then youre going to have to lose more overall BF cos you might just store it there and find it the last thing to shift when you shred. And also, depending on the cycle some of it will be from water retention and in that case you want some nolva and proviron .
