Hey Roid, on the thrid week, are you suppose to stop the clen and take only the benadryl or take them both? I never did the benadryl thing. Thanks

Sounds like you're missing the point of Benadryl J.

You don't stop taking Clen until your cycle is over.
The Benadryl permits you to continue by refreshing/upgrading your Beta-2 receptors so that you don't lose absorption during your "CONTINUED" use of Clen. Recommended for 6-12wks.

Actually, I'd hope the frequency increased after the proposal...

it won't decline to once every couple months until after a few years of marriage...
