    where are you at bro? Im in Florida and do it no problem. Use your google or yahoo search engine and type in Syringes Laws and your state. Thats what I did and a whole list of sites came up. The one that I found told the syringe laws for all states. Or just call the local pharmacy and ask them. They'll tell ya if you can come in there and buy them or not.

    actually, it just depends on the pharmasist.

    Some wont do it for moral reasons, some would rather people use clean needles...

    If they are legal to buy in that state or county.then of course they can buy them..otherwise the pharmacist is breaking the law buy selling them if they are banned from a state or county.

    So I suggest you stop talking out your ass and check out the facts first.

    Good day to you~

    LOL, u wont fool anyone... my GF works in a pharmacy, and they laugh their ass off at all the meatheads that come in or call to get pins!

    She has a dickhead pharmacy manager that wont let them sell pins without a perscription on file, but that's his personal policy, not the pharmacy's.

    SwoleDave: Some states (or local areas) have laws that syringes can not be sold without a prescription. Sometimes the laws say that it is at the discretion of the pharmacist. It just varies from area to area.

    You really should do some more research before making assertions.

    That sucks:

    "New Jersey has the most restrictive laws in the nation regarding syringe access"
    (http://actioncenter.drugpolicy.org/a...p=2&item=27550)

    Totally different where I am. For example, just today I asked my local pharmacy to please order me 2 boxes (200) 20G 1" syringes+needles, 100 25G 1" needles and 100 25G 1.5" needles. They ordered them no problem; they'll be in tomorrow.

    I happen to be on HRT and have a legitimate need for the syringes. I mentioned that to the pharmacist and he chucked and said it doesn't matter, anyway.

    Well, it's good to spread accurate information and call bullshit on those that talk out of their uninformed asses. It sucks when you accurately correct someone and they attack you in response.

    Six states have syringe prescription laws that are a significant barrier to syringe access:

    * California

    * Delaware

    * Illinois

    * Massachusetts

    * New Jersey

    * Pennsylvania
