    Looking for some suggestions on good clen cycle to get the best results. Thanks guys

    If you have question about anything do a search FIRST...this question has been answered a mllion times.

    Take up to 140mcg's a day (basically as much as you can stand up to that amount) 2 weeks on anf then 2 weeks off. Take an ECA on your off weeks.
