Spending to much time on AR?
I'm sure I'm not alone, but this board is like a soap opera kind of addiction...
I get home from work and can't wait to see what I've missed... Life is a busy never ending affair and yet I always make time for this board...
Just want to say if i ever go to far I hope all my good bros and gals out there realize it and get my addicted ass into AR rehab so I can get back to leading a healthy everyday life...
Then again until my little woman has a problem with it I guess I'm still good to go...
Speaking of which It's time for a little R & R from AR if you all get my drift..

I log on sometimes in the morning before work. I occasionally log on at work. I log on when I get home. Once or twice I've been on here at 4am. I am here way too much. Once my kids go to bed its AR all night

The first step to recovery is to admit you have a problem bro
Wait the first step to recovery is Clomid treatment... I guess I really do spend to much time on AR... All my thoughts revolve around juicing and that makes buff a happy man

MY name is Cowboy and I'm and AR aholic too. I spend upwards of 12 hours out of 24 on here I'm not exagerating. You can just ask my roomate. I'm in college, and don't do a lot else I wake up around 2pm every day. From there I get on the board untill I have to go to work at 6:00 when I get off I come straight home, and see what I've missed and check my private messages. Then I go work out for an hour1/2 next I tan, then I stay on the board often till 6 or 7 am and thats if I go to sleep. I think I have a problem. I really don't think the clomid will help. My phsy. said i need stronger medication and advised this.

I think I have a problem.
Yeah, I fear I waste too much time here as well.
I guess it's starting to affect me; when I go out with real people I start saing things like "Well, my Buddy Buff87 said..." "You klnow, my friend Canes would disagree..."
Well, at least I still have some friends so it's not that bad yet; I guess I have hit rock bottom...

Yeah, reading over your post, I saw you were in college and I didn't notice anything about you attending classes. That is a problem!

One of my hobbies is research, so I'm on the net doing that for about 5 hours of the 8 that I'm at work. My work allows me much free time. I'm usually logged on to AR the whole time checking back periodically to see whats new or if I can answer a question.

I was wondering if this was some sorta phase I was going through, or something, but now I'm seeing alot of ppl are addicted aswell,.......for some odd reason that makes me feel good,....(not so weird),....my girl is cool about my addiction and just laughs at me for it,................what I was really wondering was if this would die out after a few weeks or so (my addiction) and so far it doesnt look that way........lol.......I'm hooked help!!!!!!!!!!..........

Yeah I'm a degenerate AR addict!! I tried to stop, but I just can't kick the habit. I went cold turkey for 2 days and had piled up 30,000 new posts. I can't take it anymore. I event tried to get the gym to put in computers on the treadmills, but to no avail.

let's just say when the board went down couple months ago for a few days. I was having all the withdrawl symptoms. I was confused and found myself wondering aimlessly during all hours of the day

Man you aint lying , this site is addictive and I cant stop coming back to read more and see what new info i can learn. This site is the most awlsome site Ive ever been to on the internet. I was gonna make this my home page but thought about when my wife or kids get on it wouldnt be a good idea. Sometimes Ill be tired as hell but not tired enough to come here and chat with my buddies or helping out as best as i can and the best reason learn new stuff everyday. Which by the way I just did my 4th week ending shot EQ/t200 and forgot to aspirate cause i was In a rush. Im feeling well right now so I guess ill be ok. Take care bros.
