    delt injections?

    hey guys anyone ever done either rear or front delt injections just looking for info on this as i am considering injecting B.D deca into rear delts.

    ive shot rear delts with no problems, but id rather do side delts,,,there are plenty of better sites to choose,,,good luck

    ditto, i did lateral delts for about 4 weeks, then got a bad infection, or just hit a nerve or something and my arm puffed up and hurt....real f*ing bad! so i said screw it and started for quads. man its like a world of difference between the 2! i could feel the delts, i really cant feel the quads. except sunday i must have done something wrong cus it stung as i held the needle FIRM in place. and now it hurts still. so whatever, just keep switching up IMO.

    are you looking for another site to hit or do you just like the way it looks when a muscle has oil in it? i personally think that traps, lats, delts, quads, triceps and glutes are plenty of places and the least painfull and easiest. I cant even touch my rear delts so they are out

    i was thinking that my gf could inject the rear delts for me as there is no way anyone could reach round. so has anyone done rear delts and wot did it feel like painful or fine

    no it wasnt painfull to me but why shoot in the rear?? do side delts or other sites,,,,they are far better

    concentrate on working your rear delts hard and intense that will make them grow instead of injecting into them
