Hey, I haven't worked out in a while.
About to start cycle. Do I work out for a while then start, or start and hit it hard?

very crony lol...get back into training and dieting before you hit the gas again....you will be building on muscle memory for atleast a month or two..once you plateau you can concider hitting it
