Vascularity

Which is going to show more results between Winni and EQ? Or is there something better I dont know about besides diet?

For vascularity, definitly eq. Clen also causes a lot of vascularity, mostly due to increased bp though.

diet a cardio is the best for bringing out vains

but i liked them both about the same for vascularity

I found Tbol made me slightly more vascular. Although my bodyfat is very low.
