track season cycle?
Track season is starting soon, i was wondering if there is a cycle i could do to put on some muscle but not a lot maybe 10 to 15 lbs. I am really looking for a cycle to make me faster and more enduranced i have a 4.6 40 right now thinking about maybe being able to get it down to like 4.5 or maybe lower.
let me know what you think, thanks.

Definitely too young. With that in mind, putting on 10-15lbs and adding speed will be difficult even w/juice. Not saying it is impossible, but your diet and training have to be on point...two things you can work on for the next several years until you ARE old enough.

never mind i just seen ur profile just eat right and train even harder your times will come down as u grow and work on ur "STRIDE" thats the key, resistance training with a shoot will make u stronger in the ways u need to be to get better 40 times . but im telling u look at the best runners and its the stride that sets them apart from the rest its a bea-u-ti-ful thing .
