i dont really understand what you are asking, but prop is use at 100mg per day depending on your cycle history

i have 25 days left on my course.i have been running sus eod. i have just got 20ml ov propionate so which way could i run the propionate 2 finish the 2 bottles before the end ov my corse and im still running the sus at eod.

start using it now at 100mg per day and for 3 weeks past your last shot of sus, then 3 days after last shot of prop start PCT

I ve hear twice that prop can be used 2x a week at 250mg each inject. Monday&Thursday?

Prop is best run ED. EOD is ok too, but less preferable. As injection frequency increases side effects will normally go down, as blood levels are more stable and there is less injection volume per shot. Don't like prop myself, JMO.
