yes yes yes, it is cheap, you can get it at basically any nutrional stores. I got mine at gnc. Its very good at fighting progesterone. i had very itchy nipples early cycle. i jumped on b6 at 200mg per day and BAM, gone. haha, yes this is a good natural sup to take. i recomend taking it at 200mg ED.

I would not exceed 200 mg of B-6 per day. There are serious side effects involved with long-term use of high amounts of B-6.
People taking large dosages of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) on a regular basis for an extended period of time should be very alert to problems. The damage is to your nerves, but in most cases it is reversible.
Symptoms that you will notice first with a vitamin B6 overdose are numbness and tingling in the hands and feet.
You may also notice a loss of manual dexterity and your balance may be wobbly.
People have been known to form kidney stones when they have taken excess vitamin B6 for extended periods of time.
I would recommend a dose of 200 mg of B-6 each day. Since it is a water soluble vitamin, it would be more effective to split the doses up into 4 separate 50 mg doses spread through out the day. Be sure to drink plenty of water with each dose.
