    hair drug tests

I heard that the standard drug test using hair samples cannot pick up AAS compounds, is that true? Coming up for a new gig and they use the hair test.

they cut a few clumps of hair from random places on your head. and or body.
and Yes they can find AAS in your hair if that is what they are testing for.
the normal test for drugs and pre employment dosent test for AAS though it tests for Meth and narcotics, coke, speed, weed, E ect..

Yes, it is possible to detect AAS through hair drug tests.

However, the hair test for AAS is a separate toxicology process from the hair test for other recreational drugs and costs more money.

Your work will not hair test for AAS. They are only looking for recreational drugs and will not be looking for AAS. I have never hear about an employer specifically testing for AAS.

People on probation who are drug tested are not tested for AAS unless they were busted for AAS.

Reality check: It's more like you have to ask them what they are testing for.

I agree. Unless you give them reason to test you for steroids which would be something bad!
