I know people who do without problems. But I personally think its a bad idea.

I have mixed oil and water based aas many times an will countinue to do so....

I have never had a problem....

Can anybody explain why they should not be mixed??

They will both still be absorbed by the body at what ever rated there atached ester alows them to be....I dont see how that would change by them coming into contact with one another or how it would increase the likely hood of an abscess....

    IMO mix away....

How much of each house?? If you mix them you must not shake them at all, if you mix or shake they will emulsify... sort of like salad dressing. the water becomes suspended or surrounded by oil. If you just pull em out one at a time and make sure they dont mix and push them in they will dissolve normally.

^^Shaken, stirred or on the rocks I dont see how it would make any difference....Each compond should still be absorbed at what ever rate it was designed to be absorbed at....

How would the introduction of a water based aas to an oil based aas effect how they are absorbed into the blood stream??

I have tried shaking it and shooting it as you detailed and did not see/notice any difference either way....

    I still say mix away....

    BUT

    Bump for more oppinions....
